Division of Social Sciences website and communication plan

UCPA worked with the Social Sciences dean, faculty and staff to develop a comprehensive communication outreach plan to demonstrate the impact, importance and relevance of division’s work to a broader audience that included communications objectives and key positioning, target audiences, as well strategies, tactics and initiatives to reach their constituents.

A key step in implementing the plan was a redesign of the Division’s website. The site’s new design focuses on a rotating group of stories illustrating the sometimes surprising reach and impact of the social sciences. UCPA worked with the Campus Web Office to customize templates within the campus CMS, resulting in a beautiful, functional and easy to update website.
